Olen fully understood my individual requirements and delivered the 100% bond through Nedbank (with whom I have no history) when my Private Banker at a competitor bank could only offer 95% disregarding the fact I had financed and sold 3 previous properties through their bank. Olen requested all of the required information up-front removing the need to continuously supply additional information and managed the entire process with minimal involvement from my side.

Nedbank initially came through on a 90% bond which Olen immediately appealed and kept me updated on a daily basis until obtaining the 100% facility and a further rate reduction through her own initiative. The process could not have been easy however, it seemed that way due to Olen's fantastic client service ethic in delivering the customized solution while still balancing expectations.
