What are the home loans switching requirement?

There are certain important requirements to consider if you’d like to switch home loans.
To qualify for a home loan switch you’ll need:

• to be 6 months permanently employed, though this credit criteria may differ depending on mortgage lender and you personal circumstances
• a credit clear history
• a valuation on you home and a clear assessment will also be performed

If you’d like extra funds to be released on top of your bond, your monthly salary and value of you home will be considered.
