Housing prices are getting cheaper, and it looks like it will continue to get cheaper. Interest rates are near 4% or less (cheap!). I would caution buying a house because you have to take into account what happens if your house goes down in value. These tips mentioned on this post will make sure you’re a lot safer when you do eventually take out that bond or loan.

Good tips for anyone applying for a bond. I agree with petro, some people are or so scared to go out and buy, because of all the negative news out there. Yes, bad news sells unfortunately. This must be one of the best times to buy property since 1999.
